Below are the user roles and their corresponding permission levels.
- Administrator: Administrators have full control of the capsule. They can edit, view, and publish any information. This is the highest level of a user, with access and control to everything, including all user accounts. Administrators have all of the same permissions as a regular user while signed into the iPad app.
- Property Admin: Property Admins can see all properties and edit the official property information, but are not allowed to make any other edits. The only admin tabs these users can see are Dashboard, Properties, Collections, Agents, Tenants, Publish, and User Guide. Property Admins have all of the same permissions as a regular user while signed into the iPad app.
- Regular User: Access to all properties from Admin and iOS apps. Read only access to all properties in admin, with limited panel views to Dashboard, Properties, Collections, Publish, and User Guide. Allowed to create a version of the property to make and test edits. Able to view, share, and create private Collections in iOS app.
- Collection - Read Only: Users will be able to log into admin and can only view the existing collections and share properties that are in the Collections to which they have been assigned. These users can make their own private Collections out of the subset of properties available to them in the iOS app.
- Collection - Read Write: The only admin tab these users see is Collections, and can only see the Collections in which they have been assigned. They cannot make any official edits to properties themselves but are able to alter Collections of properties for viewing. These users can make their own private Collections out of the subset of properties available to them in the iOS app.
