The Dashboard contains recent content updates made by any user. Updates/edits made to a property will be shown in your dashboard, organized by the most recently updated first.
Access and search all of your properties within your portfolio. Advanced search and open text search options available. This is also where you have the capability to Add a Property from scratch.
Collections allow you to group like properties together so you can use them for site proposals, emails blasts, and much more. This is also where you are able to assign users to specific collections, managing what will be shown in non-administrator PropertyCapsule views.

Agents & Offices
Add, Edit, & Delete leasing agents and offices. Once an agent has been created they can be assigned to properties, and their information will automatically be pulled into the property overview and flyer’s.
Manage, edit, and add tenants by utilizing our extensive list of existing tenants and logos organized by alphabetical order. You can also search for the tenant you wish to include in your properties. We have included default logos which allows you to save time from importing your own.
Once you have created properties with these tenants, you will start to see a counter in this section of the amount of spaces your tenants in your properties occupy. Also applies if they are major tenants.
Add, edit, and delete users to your PropertyCapsule portfolio. Manage permission and user roles, and assign properties to individuals. See “Introduction” to see how to manage users and user role definitions.
Obtain insights about who has shared a property from your website listing page. Ability to export information such as sender, subject, date, and email message.
