Sign-In

Sign-in with your Property Capsule credentials 

If you don’t have credentials, contact your Property Capsule administrator or email us at support@propertycapsule.com to get all set up.

 Site Plans: mark up plan 

Site plans can be marked up and saved. Plans can also be shared directly.

Maps

Toggle various layers to get information about the property. A strong internet connection is required to view the map. You can choose various map options, including “Static” map if you’re offline

Photos

Whichever photos you or your admin has added for the property will show here.

You can also add photos directly from your device. These photos will be available across devices, but are ONLY visible to you

Share Screen

Share your property via email directly from the app by clicking on the “Email” button in the property! You can also do this with your collections.

Download Offline

Tip: Are you going to be somewhere with spotty WI-FI? 

Download your properties and then turn on Offline Mode. Try it to make sure you have all the properties you need!

Choose which properties you’d like to have “offline”. Just click "Download" once you've made your selection

You can check when the last time you synced your properties offline happened in the "Settings" menu.
